This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, AI-assisted automation technologies/strategies, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).\r\nWhat You Will Do\r\nLead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment\r\nCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities and define AI assisted automation strategies including RPA to enhance business processes\r\nManage a team of developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship\r\nMonitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion of projects\r\nStay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and industry trends\r\nDevelop and maintain documentation for AI and/or RPA processes and solutions\r\nPartner with the AI Council to ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI within Purchasing Power\r\nCoordinate with other internal business units to ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing systems and other duties as assigned\r\nThe Experience You Will Bring\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field\r\n5+ years experience in project management and technical leadership\r\nGood knowledge of RPA tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)\r\nStrong understanding of AI technologies\r\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills\r\nProficient communication and interpersonal skills\r\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment\r\nProject management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus\r\nPreferred Experience\r\nAdvance workflow, data analytics, and API integration experience\r\nCore RPA skills and governance experience\r\nKnowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, and C#\r\nYour Well Being\r\n401k Retirement Plan\r\nFlexible PTO\r\nEmployee Purchasing Program\r\nWhat We Stand For\r\nWe act with intensity, urgency and a passion for supporting our customers and growing our business.
