This position requires cleanroom experienced and will be based out of our facility located in west Bloomington, Minnesota (55438).\nAssembler II Duties and Responsibilities\nInspect, assemble, and package medical devices and components\nCleanroom experienced required\nUse tray, band, and impulse sealers\nPerform various types of testing on device packaging\nResponsible for proper documentation necessary to complete job\nPerform material transactions in ERP system\nWork with chemicals (Isopropyl Alcohol, solvents, detergents, etc.) as needed to clean work area and components\nAssist in weekly cleaning of production areas and common spaces\nEnsure products are handled and assembled per QTS Quality Systems Procedures\nMove materials to and from the production areas including verification of Part/Lot/Quantity\nAdhere to cGMP and ISO regulations\nMaintain awareness of workplace safety and relevant training\nHandle chemicals and equipment per QTS procedures\nGenerate and inspect labels per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for label generation\nParticipate in the Operational Excellence Program\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nAssembler II Requirements/Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nEnglish language (reading comprehension, listening, and writing)\nAttention to detail\nGood hand-eye coordination\nAble to work in a cleanroom environment, including working with chemicals as needed to clean work areas and components (Isopropyl Alcohol, solvents, detergents, etc.)\nProficient in math skills required to complete all manufacturing procedures\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing Methodologies\nBasic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)\nClear and effective verbal and written communication skills\nOrganizational skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment\nAble to sit and stand for long periods of time\nAt least 6 months of the following experience:\nAssembly, manufacturing, and cleanroom experience\nOperation of tray, band, and impulse sealers\nKnowledge or training pertaining to FDA, cGMP, and ISO regulations\nKnowledge or training pertaining to workplace safety and OSHA regulations\nAble to accurately measure chemicals/solvents and adjust concentrations as needed\nStoring, handling, and cleaning up hazardous materials\nGrand Avenue Software (GAS)\nAssembler II Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nAble to work overtime as needed (staying later during the week days or at least one weekend day)\nCleaning & Passivation Experience\nCleanroom practices, including gowning\nAt least 6 months of labeling systems experience\n\nQTS Benefits:\nAs a Cretex Medical company, QTS offers a full benefit package to its employees.
