We are looking for a competent Concierge/Security Officer to provide access control in a private single family gated community. The concierge officers are tasked with a wide range of duties that makes their job a very detailed and important one, giving peace of mind to the residents of the community they are assigned to. Duties include: Greeting, checking in, and directing visitors Enforcing access control and assuring that only authorized personnel enter the private community Monitoring operational procedures Maintaining constant surveillance of assigned areas Providing customer service for residents, visitors, and/or guests Writing accident and incident reports for any suspicious activities or safety hazards Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property Make sure all entry/exit gate equipment is operational. Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Evening shift Holidays Overtime Weekend availability Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Florida State Class D Security License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
