This role will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify analytical requirements, collect and interpret data from multiple sources, develop ad hoc reports and analysis outputs, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nWork with internal and external stakeholders to identify analytical requirements, clarify business questions, and translate needs into data analysis, reporting, and decision-support outputs.\n\nCollect, validate, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources, including client databases, web-based sources, reporting platforms, and other program resources.\n\nUse analytical tools, SQL, Python, Excel, BI/reporting platforms, and other approved technologies to support the development of analytical products, reports, and applications.\n\nInterpret business data and develop clear findings, recommendations, reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis products to support operational and program decision-making.\n\nResearch best practices and support the development of solutions, recommendations, methodologies, and process improvements for current business operations.\n\nParticipate in working sessions, requirements discussions, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities with stakeholders and team members.\n\nCollaborate with Agile delivery teams to document requirements, track analysis tasks, communicate risks or blockers, and iterate on analytics products based on stakeholder feedback.\n\nUS citizen or Authorized to Work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years.
