Job Description Job #218295 Chipton-Ross is seeking a Talent Acquisition Representative 2 for a contract opportunity in Newport News, VA. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)3 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 1 year of relevant professional experience with a Master's DegreeThe ideal candidate would have experience working in either a staffing or full-cycle recruitment environment.Additionally, the representative should have experience with reviewing and determining candidate qualifications, salary negotiations, interview scheduling and coordination as well as interfacing with business stakeholders. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESConducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings.Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.Prepares rating on applicants, makes recommendations on starting salaries, and provides applicants with information on the company.May administer tests and interpret results, check references, arrange transportation of selected applicants, extend formal job offers, work with outside agencies and vendors, etc.Process Full Cycle Salaried Job Requisitions, Interview and Pre-Screen candidates, prepare and release offers and provide customer support to the business. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)Experience managing a high volume of requisitionsMilitary recruitment experienceEngineering or IT hiringData AnalyticsStrategic Recruitment experience REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelors in related field OR Master's degree is required. School must be accredited. WORK HOURS 5/40 workweek. First Shift 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, M-F ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check.
