Restoration Technician The Restoration Technician position is responsible for a high level of performance in clean up efforts for the customer's property. This individual makes a difference through water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, carpet cleaning, and other services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications. The Restoration Technician position is responsible for a high level of performance in clean up efforts for the customer's property. This individual makes a difference through water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, carpet cleaning, and other services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications. Ensures timely and high-quality completion of assigned projects. Maintains all company equipment and a clean, properly stocked and organized truck. Communication and Teamwork Communicates with other Paul Davis team members, customers, subcontractors, and material vendors. Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule. Assist in warehousing tasks, facility related tasks, and other team members when needed. Other duties as assigned. Required: High School Diploma or GED Insurable driver's license Preferred: Experience within remodeling and/or restoration Current IICRC Certifications in Water and Fire Physical Requirements: Walk and stand for long periods of time. Ability to climb ladders and work from an aerial lift when necessary. Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, squatting, and crawling. Work with materials over your head for short periods of time. Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly or 75 pounds occasionally. Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service. Ability to use hand and power tools correctly and safely. Comprehensive communication and interpersonal skills.
