Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering or a related field and 8 years of work experience in the job offered or in a related field
Experience must include 8 years in the following:
Management consulting, strategy, finance, business operations, corporate strategy, investment banking, or partnerships
Leading strategy projects at a consulting firm, investment bank, or in a corporate strategy team
Consumer, enterprise AI space, or in the consumer internet space, including social, communications, media, and entertainment verticals
Running analytics and data queries to inform analysis of ecosystem trends using SQL
Product landscape, including trends, players, technologies, and underlying dynamics
Solving problems using quantitative, analytical, and conceptual skills with business acumen
Structuring and solving product problems, and influencing product decisions to move insights into action
Working with product strategy in technology
Responsibilities
Provide sophisticated research and analysis on market trends and customer behavior to help drive product road maps.
Go deep into data (across Meta and the market) to uncover key insights about Meta's positioning in a given market, then effectively communicate these to Execs, Product Leaders and other cross functional partners.
Help create business cases for product initiatives, with a focus on market and opportunity sizing.
Instigate studies into people's lives and perception of products and derive valuable insights.
Interface with external clients, partners and industry figures to get holistic understanding of needs and opportunities.
Work with cross-functional partners (Product, Data Science, Engineering, User Research, Marketing, Finance, Legal, etc.) to surface opportunities and threats, outline data-driven strategic decisions, and frame actionable product recommendations.
Lead the team and work closely with direct reports to further Meta's strategy.
