The Material Handler will also make sure that safety and customer satisfaction are promoted every day.\n\nEssential Job Duties:\n\nProvides service to customers at the dock via filling cylinders\nMaintains yard for a professional and clean appearance.\nPaints cylinders and tanks as needed.\nMaintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.\nDocuments materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.\nComplete inspections and repairs for propane cylinders and tanks.\nLoads propane cylinders and/or tanks.\nHandles and maintains flow of materials and products under safety guidelines.\nMaintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections; making operator repairs.\n\nEducation and Experience:\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nBasic computer and math skills for charging customers after cylinder fills.\nPrior experience in the propane industry a plus.\nMust be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs.\nWillingness to work outdoors in all weather and driving conditions.\nValid driver’s license (preferred).\n\nPERKS WITH US!\n\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and 401k with IMMEDIATE eligibility\nDisability and life insurance\nPaid time off that increases with tenure\nEmployee training programs with career development/advancement opportunities\nEmployee recognition program\nQuarterly bonus potential\nPaid maternity leave\nTuition reimbursement program\n\nThis is a safety sensitive position.
