Positions are Monday through Friday 8-5pm.\n\nCandidates must have a minimum 1 year of building maintenance and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and various handyman-related skills.\n\n*Responsibilities:*\n\n* Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains\n* Replacing carpets and wooden floors\n* Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches\n* Installing appliances\n* Drywall repairs and painting\n* Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas.\n* Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion\n* Estimate time and extent of repairs\n* Perform routine preventive maintenance\n* Maintain material and supply inventory\n* Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary\n\n​*Qualifications:*\n\n* Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields\n* Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment\n* Own their own set of tools\n* Ability to handle physical workload\n* Deadline and detail-oriented\n\nTo be qualified all candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check, must have reliable transportation, and must be able to start soon.
