DescriptionSUMMARY:Deal card games as assigned. Maintain the highest standards of customer service, game protection and integrity in the Table Games department. Work as a Floor Supervisor as scheduled.ESSENTIAL SKILLS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform functions of the Floor Supervisor as assigned (see Floor Supervisor's job descriptionDeal cards, shuffle, make change, take and pay customer bets.Communicate with customers to answer questionsImplement all dealing proceduresPerforms other duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:One year dealing experience in a casino with similar betting limits and gamesPrior dealing experience in roulette and blackjackAbility to work effectively with coworkers and the publicAbility to communicate effectively orally and in writingKnowledge of effective money handling proceduresAbility to make change and mentally perform basic math calculationsSkilled in resolving customer and employee relation issuesEDUCATION:High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License.PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: (*Constantly, Frequently, Occasionally)Constantly walking and standingConstant hearing, seeing and talkingConstantly balancing, bending, reaching, twisting, holding, wrist motion, and stoopingWORKING CONDITIONS:Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environmentClose spaces while working with othersExcessive noise and smokeNATIVE AMERICAN PREFERENCE STATEMENT
