If you’re passionate about self-care, enjoy connecting with people, and love sharing Asheville's local charm, this is the perfect role for you!\nSales Associate Duties\nGreet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.\nProvide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.\nProcess transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.\nMaintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively inform customers.\nStock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the store is visually appealing.\nHandle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.\nUphold high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store.\nWorkshop Host Duties\nWelcome guests warmly and create a fun, relaxed, and engaging atmosphere.\nGuide participates step-by-step through making lotion candles and other products.\nExplain fragrance notes, ingredients, and customization options in a clear and friendly way.\nAnswer questions and provide a hands-on assistance as needed.\nEnsure every guest leaves with a finished product they love and a positive memory of the experience.\nRequirements\nPrevious experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.\nProficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing.\nAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.\nA positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.\nEnergetic and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nPassion for locally made sustainable products.\nReliable transportation to travel around Asheville.\nIf you’re ready to share the magic of Element Tree Essentials, we’d love to hear from you!\nJob Type: Part-time\nPay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour\nBenefits:\nEmployee discount\nFlexible schedule\nApplication Question(s):\nWhat is your availability?\nWill you be traveling for the holidays?
