This role plays a key part in meeting operational objectives while supporting internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will consistently adhere to safety, quality, and productivity standards and be comfortable working in an Export Controlled environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage material movement between receiving, shipping docks, and warehouse areas\nTransfer materials to appropriate warehouse or manufacturing staging locations using defined processes (Kanban, VMI supplies, etc.)\nPull and stage raw materials and supplies for manufacturing using various material handling equipment\nPerform cycle counting and inventory reconciliation\nUtilize quality systems, work instructions, and SOPs to meet customer requirements (internal and external)\nFollow and promote safety practices, including proper use of PPE\nUse barcode scanning systems to transfer materials and accurately track inventory\nPackage non-regulated finished goods for domestic and international shipment\nSupport continuous improvement through training and personal development\nUnderstand and promote company culture and operational standards\nRequired Qualifications\nForklift experience or willingness to learn (and other material handling equipment)\nAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work in a process-driven environment\nAbility to lift up to 35 lbs as required\nBasic computer skills with the ability to learn new systems\nClear verbal and written communication skills\nBasic reading and math skills (including arithmetic and unit-of-measure conversions)\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to identify and solve problems\nAbility to work overtime, weekends, and alternate shifts as business needs require\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively across teams\nSelf-directed, motivated, flexible, and adaptable in a changing environment\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience with quality systems (ISO/GMP), QSI, Precision (TMS), MES, and ERP systems (E1/SAP)\nMinimum 1 year of logistics or warehouse experience\nExperience operating warehouse-powered industrial equipment\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at all levels.
