Your role with us will be an integral part of this impactful journey.\n\nJob Title: Senior Validation Engineer\n\nAbout the Opportunity: As a Senior Validation Engineer, you will drive critical validation projects—both on-site and in-house—serving as the go-to technical partner for our customers, sales team, and technical support specialists. Beyond mastering complex technical challenges, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our engineering team by coaching and mentoring the next generation of talent, ensuring operational excellence across every deployment.\n\nLocation : Onsite - Wood Dale, IL\n\nWhat you will be doing:\n\nPerform on-site validation (Installation, Operational, Performance Qualifications) and calibration execution at customer locations throughout North America\nPerform in-house validation (Factory Acceptance Testing) and calibration execution\nAssist with developing, writing and revising validation protocols and calibration procedures\nAssist in keeping validation equipment organized, functional and compliant\nAssist in quoting validation services and documents\nWork in conjunction with our technical support department to provide validation and calibration support to our customers\nProviding support on customer generated testing protocols\nAssist in keeping team members up to date with the latest industry trends and regulatory requirements\nTechnical Support\nProvide telephone technical support to customers as needed on product operation, maintenance and repair of biomedical products\n\nWhat you need for success:\n\n5+ years of experience in Calibration, Validation or GLP/GMP procedures\nbachelor's degree preferred\nExperience with MS Office\nExperience with Validator/Mapping systems\nExperience in electrical and/or electronic troubleshooting procedures\nRefrigeration experience preferred\nMust be able to work assigned shifts, including occasional nights and weekends\nUp to 50% travel required (North America)\n\nThe hiring range for this position is: $85,000-$95,000 plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
