Quoting Analyst

The Quoting Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and enabling data-driven decision-making across departments. This role focuses on managing the quoting process and slot planning to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requests while optimizing production schedules. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, monitor performance metrics, and support planning and forecasting activities. Key Responsibilities Quoting & Pricing Management Prepare, review, and process customer quotations for semiconductor products and services. Analyze BOMs, cost structures, and margin targets to ensure competitive yet profitable pricing. Maintain and update pricing in ERP/CPQ systems; manage quote extensions and revisions. Collaborate with Sales and Finance to support negotiations and pricing approvals. Slot Planning & Demand Alignment Coordinate with Sales and Demand Planning to align customer demand with available production slots. Monitor build plans, customer backlogs, and book-to-bill ratios to optimize slot allocation. Support AOP planning and execution in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams. Operational Analysis & Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track quoting KPIs, revenue impact, and slot utilization. Monitor and report weekly/monthly/quarterly KPIs related to quoting performance and capacity planning. Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to quoting and slot planning processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in quoting, pricing, or sales operations (semiconductor or electronics industry preferred). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and CPQ tools for quoting and pricing. Advanced Excel skills for cost modeling and slot planning analysis. Familiarity with SQL or reporting tools for data extraction and visualization is a plus.
