As our pipeline continues to expand, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with at least 1 year of industry experience to join our Bellevue office and grow into a fully licensed professional.The 90-Day Roadmap & CompensationTo comply with Washington State DFI and NMLS regulations, independent residential file processing requires an active license. We have structured a clear, two-phase program to set you up for success:* Phase 1: Pre-Licensing & Training Period (First 90 Days) * Compensation: $2,000 / month (Fixed Stipend). * Focus: You will focus heavily on studying for the NMLS national exam, passing regulations training, and learning our internal systems (without independently handling residential loan files). * Company Support: Upon passing the exam and successfully completing this phase, the company will fully reimburse 100% of your pre-licensing education, exam, and application fees.* Phase 2: Licensed Loan Processor (Day 91 or Upon Licensing) * Compensation: Immediately converts to $50,000 / Year (Base Salary) + Rewarding Per-File Completion Incentives. * Focus: Full ownership of processing residential and commercial loan files from submission to clear-to-close, moving files seamlessly through our active pipeline.What You’ll Do (Post-Licensing)* End-to-End Processing: Manage and process a pipeline of loan files, verifying all borrower income, assets, and credit documentation against underwriting guidelines.* Seamless Communication: Act as the primary, professional point of contact between our four Loan Officers, underwriters, title/escrow companies, and borrowers.* Problem Solving: Assist Loan Officers in structuring files and resolving complex scenarios (e.g., complex self-employed borrowers or foreign national assets).Requirements* Experience: Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in the mortgage industry (processing assistant, loan officer assistant, or mortgage admin experience).* Language: Professional fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and verbal, is strictly required.
