This individual will manage the end-to-end implementation process, working closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the highest level of client satisfaction.\nWhat You’ll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives\nProject Oversight\nManage multiple healthcare SaaS implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.\nClient Engagement\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, building strong relationships and addressing client needs.\nEstablish and reinforce clear expectations with clients and internal stakeholders regarding scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and client responsibilities to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful implementation outcomes.\nStrategic Planning\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer success, to develop comprehensive implementation plans tailored to client requirements.\nRisk Management\nIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery of projects.\nProcess Improvement\nAnalyze and refine implementation processes, recommending improvements to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.\nReporting: Provide regular updates to the Director of Implementations on project status, team performance, and client feedback.\nAI First\nYou approach your work with an AI-first mindset. You look for opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, accelerate issue resolution, and create more scalable workflows.\nIn your first 30 days, you will\nOnboard and get to the know the people, products and departments that make Medisolv run.\nGain a comprehensive understanding of Medisolv’s products, implementation processes, and client engagement strategies.\nBuild relationships with the data management team, the director of Implementations, the VP of Professional Services, and key internal stakeholders.\nFamiliarize yourself with active implementation projects, including client objectives, timelines, and challenges.\nDevelop proficiency with the tools and systems used for project management and communication (e.g., JIRA, CRM platforms).\nIn your first 3 months, you will\nTake ownership of ongoing implementation projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and meet client expectations.\nLead weekly team meetings with Data Management Team to provide guidance, resolve challenges, and monitor progress.\nBegin identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction in the implementation lifecycle.\nEstablish strong relationships with key client stakeholders and maintain high levels of client engagement.\nIn your first 6 months, you will\nSuccessfully oversee the completion of at least two major implementation projects, achieving positive client outcomes.\nImplement process refinements identified in the first three months to optimize team performance and project delivery.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and ensure alignment with client needs and product roadmap.\nIn your first 12 months, you will\nAchieve measurable improvements in implementation timelines and client satisfaction scores.\nDemonstrate a clear impact on the team’s performance through leadership, team building, and mentorship initiatives.\nContribute to company-wide strategic discussions around scaling the implementation function.\nPosition the implementation team as a trusted and high-performing department within Medisolv.\nWho We’re Looking For - The Personal Competencies That Matter\nYou are a doer.
