A company is looking for a Head of People (Global).
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end HR function globally, including Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
Lead critical hiring processes and support performance management and leadership development
Design and improve HR processes and systems while managing compliance across multiple jurisdictions
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing, international organization
Strong hands-on background with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
Experience managing HR across multiple countries and employment structures
Solid expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations
High ownership mindset with strong judgment and business acumen
