(internal and external).\n\nAssist with obtaining and ensuring timely renewal of DoD and other building passes for LMI staff, subcontractors, and consultants.\n\nInput data into a variety of security programs to ensure records provided to the federal government reflect accurate information.\n\nSchedule employee briefings, as directed.\n\nHelp with the preparation of Visit Authorization letters for personnel.\n\nSet up and maintain hardcopy files for new employees.\n\nPerform document accounting, transmittal, and destruction.\n\nAssist in maintenance of Security Management System database, including the contract database.\n\nAssist in maintaining the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) to ensure accuracy of personnel records and the C-Cure access control system.\n\nPerform routine tasks to support the regular operations of the security function, including filing, typing, data entry, mail distribution, and maintaining materials inventory and supplies.\n\nMaintain regular attendance.\n\nTravel may be required, possibly including weekends.\n\nQualifications:\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required, plus one year of experience in government security program preferred.\n\nAbility to obtain a Secret Security clearance.\n\nProficiency with word processing systems, database and spreadsheet software.\n\nStrong interpersonal and listening skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships throughout the organization and with external points of contact.\n\nAbility to contribute to a professional work environment by demonstrating integrity, promoting teamwork, and fostering positive communication.\n\nStrong time management skills and ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks with little supervision. Must be self-directed and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks.\n\nAbility to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities.\n\nAbility to maintain absolute confidentiality in all business matters.\n\nMust be able to perform the essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.\n\nThe target salary range for this position is $40,000 - $90,000.\n\nThe salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
