Game Master / Operations Associate

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Game Masters & Experience Ambassadors. At Zero Latency, you'll have the exciting privilege of hosting, educating, and guiding customers through our world-leading experiences in Free-Roam Virtual Reality, a professional golf and multisport simulator, and a self-serve beer, wine, cider tap wall. Operations Associate Responsibilities Include: Enthusiastic Customer greeting and education at the storefront and outside the store Customer check-in, suit-up and suit-down with persistent positive energy Visitor Management, facilitating customer traffic and managing bookings efficiently Energetic, eager, and complete descriptions of experiences, promotions, and store offerings Customized, personal engagement and connection with visitors Presenting the player safety briefing and hyping players for their experience Managing in-game sessions and ensuring player safety Providing Coaching, Encouragement, and Superior Customer Service for all visitors and customers Capturing Positive Customer Experiences in Google Reviews Active participation in, and contributions to team Social Media content and venue projects Maintenance of Venue Equipment (VR, Golf Sim, Escape Room, Self Serve Beer/Wine/Cider Taps) Maintaining Cleanliness of the entire venue Opening/closing the venue, auditing sales and accounting for cash Data collection and data entry tasks (venue and mall traffic, customer feedback, responding to Google reviews, social media messages and comments, other KPIs as identified by management) Operations Associate Required Characteristics: Must be a Team Player, Work Well with Others, High Energy, Charismatic, Sociable, Good with People, Well Spoken Takes Initiative, Proactive Work Ethic, Can work Independently High Resilience, Not discouraged in the face of adversity (rude customers, technical issues, busy venue, loud overbearing customers) 2+ years of customer service experience in the entertainment/hospitality industry Comfortable managing high-pressure situations, good problem-solving skills Punctuality, Presentability, Proactivity, Initiative, Coachable, Learning Attitude Why Join Us??
