This role is essential for producing high-quality coffee extracts through the precise operation of specialized equipment, including CIP (Clean-In-Place) systems and reverse osmosis machines. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and expertise in batch management using SAP software. You will ensure that all processes meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperate coffee extraction systems to produce consistent, high-quality concentrates.\nExecute blending processes to meet flavor specifications and production standards.\nManage and maintain reverse osmosis equipment to concentrate products effectively and ensure optimal purity and consistency.\nPerform scheduled and routine CIP cycles to ensure sanitary conditions of all equipment.\nAccurately enter batch data and monitor production workflows using SAP and physical batch records.\nVerify batch integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies to maintain process control.\nUphold GMP standards and safety protocols within all stages of production.\nCoordinate with quality assurance, maintenance, and Warehouse/inventory teams to optimize efficiency.\nQualifications & Experience:\nRequired:\nHigh school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and equipment operation.\nAbility to interpret production documentation and follow standard operating procedures.\nProven ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environments.\nWillingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.\nStrong Safety Mindset\nPreferred:\nProficiency in SAP for batch entry and production tracking with handheld scanners and computers.\n1–2 years of experience in a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.\nHands-on experience with CIP procedures and reverse osmosis systems.\nExperience using HMIs and an automated manufacturing process\nPhysical & Environmental Requirements:\nAbility to stand, move, and lift materials (50 lbs) throughout an entire shift.\nComfortable working in humid and variable environmental conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and process-related temperature changes.\nPhysically capable of handling moderate lifting and repetitive tasks in a factory setting.\nThe pay rate for this position is $26.00 per hour.
