This role focuses on developing integrations, managing data transformations, and creating custom extensions to enhance system capabilities and support business operations.\n*This is an onsite role in either Orlando, FL or Ogden, UT*\nYOUR IMPACT\nThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned\nDesign, develop, and implement ERP-based solutions that support business processes and system functionality.\nBuild and maintain system integrations and interfaces between ERP platforms and other enterprise applications.\nDevelop and support custom extensions and enhancements when standard ERP functionality does not meet business needs.\nPerform data extraction, transformation, and migration, ensuring accurate and efficient movement of data between systems.\nTranslate business requirements into technical solutions, including functional and technical specifications.\nSupport ERP implementations, upgrades, or system enhancements across multiple functional areas.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical, scalable solutions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve system, integration, and data-related issues.\nParticipate in testing activities including unit testing, system testing, and validation of custom solutions.\nContribute to documentation of system configurations, integrations, and development work.\nSupport ongoing system improvements and optimization efforts post-implementation.\nWork within existing ERP frameworks and constraints, developing solutions that align with platform capabilities.\nCommunicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nDemonstrate a learning mindset and adapt to new tools, technologies, and ERP platforms as needed.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree with five (5) or more years of experience in software development, engineering, or a related field.\nExperience developing within or supporting ERP systems or enterprise applications\nExperience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes\nExperience building or supporting system integrations or interfaces\nStrong understanding of software development fundamentals and coding practices\nExperience writing queries and working with relational databases (e.g., SQL)\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions\nSTANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience supporting or developing within ERP platforms such as Infor, SAP, Oracle, or similar\nExperience with middleware or integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, ION, or similar tools)\nExperience developing custom extensions or enhancements within enterprise systems\nExperience supporting ERP implementations or system upgrades\nFamiliarity with cloud-based ERP environments and software-as-a-service platforms\nExperience working across multiple functional areas such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, or Order Management\nExposure to data migration, system mapping, and field transformation logic\nExperience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work across data, integration, and development challenges\nDemonstrated ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly\n#LI-TM1\nPay Range:\n$103,300.00 - $177,700.00\nThe above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
