The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects involving telecom and finance platforms, ensuring alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders, and financial objectives.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nLead complex telecommunications infrastructure and financial systems initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.\nInterpret and manage telecom concepts such as fiber build deployments, circuit provisioning, and network operations.\nOversee project scope, establish structure, and create actionable plans in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.\nSynthesize technical and financial information, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.\nCoordinate across technical teams, business stakeholders, and financial teams to achieve project objectives.\nMaintain communication with leadership and partners by translating complex concepts into clear insights.\nEnsure compliance with program governance practices and manage project deliverables from Dallas, TX or Denver, CO (Dallas strongly recommended).\n\nRequirements\nResults-driven project/program management experience in telecommunications or related fields.\nStrong understanding of telecom concepts such as fiber deployments, circuit provisioning, and network operations.\nExperience interpreting and managing financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.\nExceptional problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating complex technical and financial information.\nProficiency with telecom/fiber build systems, finance systems (e.g., ERP or billing platforms), and program governance.\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.\n\nSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
