If you love solving puzzles, building new things, fixing what's broken, or pushing the boundaries of creativity, we encourage you to explore the details of this position below!\r\nUNCOMN is seeking a Data Analyst (Data Management) to:\r\nMaintain enterprise data source inventories, metadata, lineage, and governance artifacts supporting operational and cybersecurity data environments.\r\nConduct data source assessments to evaluate utilization, performance, operational value, and alignment with enterprise mission requirements, while identifying opportunities for optimization and rationalization.\r\nMonitor enterprise data ingestion, source health, operational performance, and compliance with approved integration patterns, data standards, and governance requirements.\r\nAnalyze data availability, ingestion metrics, operational trends, and performance indicators to improve enterprise data quality, visibility, and decision support.\r\nDevelop and maintain reusable dashboards, reports, visualization templates, and design standards that promote consistency, usability, accessibility, and effective communication across enterprise data products.\r\nConduct visualization, usability, and accessibility reviews—including Section508 considerations—and support implementation of approved enhancements and enterprise standards.\r\nGather stakeholder requirements, facilitate user engagement activities, and document recommendations that improve enterprise reporting, dashboards, and data products.\r\nCollaborate with engineers, analysts, cybersecurity personnel, and mission stakeholders to enhance enterprise data quality, interoperability, reporting capabilities, and operational decision-making.\r\nThis position description outlines the core duties for this role, but it is not all-inclusive. Responsibilities may shift based on contract requirements, mission needs, or organizational objectives.\r\nRequirements\r\nMust be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance, granted by the US Government, which requires US citizenship.
