If you have experience in soldering delicate electronic components, working with PCBs, and utilizing techniques like hand soldering, wave soldering, or reflow soldering, this role might be perfect for you.\n\nIn this position, you will perform precision soldering on through-hole and surface-mount components, ensuring high-quality connections and compliance with industry standards such as IPC-A-610. You’ll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, handling electronic assemblies with care and accuracy, and maintaining soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance.\n\nRequired Skills, Education and Experience:\n\n2+ years of recent soldering experience in electronics manufacturing or a related industry\nProficiency in hand soldering, wave soldering, and reflow soldering techniques\nStrong attention to detail with an understanding of quality standards like IPC-A-610\nAbility to inspect solder joints and perform rework or desoldering when necessary\nFamiliarity with working around delicate electronic components and using magnification tools\n\nWork Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday\n\nThink you know someone who'd be perfect for this role?
