Network Infrastructure & Operations\nProvide Tier 3/Ops-level troubleshooting for complex LAN/WAN environments.\nManage, configure, and maintain multi-vendor environments with a primary focus on Cisco and Aruba architectures.\nEnsure high availability and optimal performance of critical network pathways.\n2. Cyber Security Hardening & Compliance\nSTIG Management: Lead the interpretation and implementation of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) to harden network assets.\nVulnerability Management: Utilize Nessus/Tenable to identify risks; perform Patch Vulnerability Adjudication (PVG) to determine the validity and impact of identified threats.\nGovernment Frameworks: Manage Plan of Action and Milestones (PO&AM) documentation and support Security Control Assessor (SCA) requirements within a government-standard framework.\n3. Network Automation & Cloud\nModernize workflows by leveraging automation tools including Ansible and SolarWinds.\nSupport cloud-integrated networking (AWS) using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments.\nRequired:\nNetworking: Deep expertise in Cisco & Aruba; LAN/WAN troubleshooting in high-stakes environments.\nCyber Tools: Mastery of Nessus, Tenable, and the STIG hardening process\nCompliance: Experience with Gov-sector workflows: PO&AM, SCA audits, and PVG.\nAutomation: Proficiency in Ansible, Terraform (AWS), and SolarWinds for monitoring/orchestration.\nThe \"Cross-Discipline\" Edge (Soft Skills)\nThis role requires more than technical prowess; it requires influence.
