Making a positive impact on the animal, the consumer and the environment.\n\nAbout the Alltech Family of Companies:\nMade up of over 20 companies and dozens of brands around the world, the Alltech Family of Companies is aligning to provide smarter, more sustainable solutions for global nourishment.\n\nJob Summary:\nTo provide day to day supervision and leadership to the Ridley Feed Ingredients production staff, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.\n\nKey Responsibilities and Authority:\n\nStage and ship outbound loads ensuring customer quality expectations are met while minimizing shipment shortages.\nPrint outbound BOL’s prior to shipment inspecting each load for accuracy prior to loading trucks.\nInspect inbound loads ensuring products are in good condition and meet RFI’s quality standards.\nEnter damaged product and non-conformances into the RFI NCR database.\nEnter maintenance requests in MaintainX.\nScan inbound receipts to a networked shared drive.\nDocument, report, and work with supply chain on PO discrepancies.\nCoordinate ingredient moves to the manufacturing facility with the administrative assistant and transfers to the distribution center through customer service.\nAssist with reporting, investigating, and resolving customer complaints.\nLearn and utilize D365 and the warehouse app at an expert level learning how to track inventory transactions.\nManage inbound/outbound dock appointments through OpenDock and ensure trucks are loaded/unloaded in a timely manner.\nEnsure cycle counts are completed in a timely manner.\nMaintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and supplies.\nParticipate and provide safety training.\nQualifications\n\nEducation Level: High School Diploma/GED\nExperience Level: 3-5 years\nComputer Skills: Solid skills\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nBe able to routinely lift up to 55 lbs. throughout the shift.\nMust be able to perform the functions of the job while exposed to various weather and environmental conditions.\nMust be able to perform basic math operations: add, subtract, multiply, divide.\nMust be able to comprehend, read, write and speak the English language.\nMust be physically active and mobile throughout the shift.\nAlltech provides the following benefits, effective on the first day of employment (except for STD and LTD) to employees who have the work ethic and commitment to customers, safety, and product quality that we are known for:\n\nCompetitive pay\nAnnual incentive opportunity\n2 medical plans and 2 dental plans to select from\nVision plan\n401k plan with generous company match\nFlexible spending accounts\nHealth savings account\nDisability and life insurance\nPaid holidays and vacations\nEmployee assistance program\nAlltech is an equal opportunity employer.
