Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Provides consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.\nPRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nFormulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and formulates desired results of scope. Includes analysis of business and user needs, requirements documentation, and system requirement specifications. Guides and advises less-experienced Business Systems Analysts. Experienced to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.\nRELEVANT EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:\nHas 5+ years of experience in MAXIMO. Agile Software Development Experience and Training.\nTools/ETools: Remedy, PVCS Version Manager, Tivoli Access Manager, Apex with update, PL SQL Developer, CSCS, Remedy. Azure, Dev/Ops, Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E), HP ALM, Visual Studio, Git, and the MS Office suite of software.
