Guest Experience Representative

About the Role:As a Guest Experience Representative at our retail store in Dallas, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has a positive and memorable experience. You will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all. Your main goal will be to exceed customer expectations and build long-lasting relationships with them. You will work closely with the store team to ensure that all customer needs are met and that the store is always presentable and well-stocked.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience in customer service or retailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysPreferred Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldExperience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management softwareBilingual in English and SpanishResponsibilities:Greet and welcome customers as they enter the storeAssist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendationsHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerMaintain a clean and organized store environmentCollaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfactionSkills:As a Guest Experience Representative, you will use your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
