This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the plant floor, builds strong relationships with teams, and champions a culture where safety and environmental responsibility come first.\nAs the EH&S Coordinator, you’ll be the site’s go-to resource for OSHA and EPA compliance, risk reduction, training, and continuous improvement. You’ll partner closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Leadership to ensure a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSafety & Compliance\nDevelop, implement, and maintain EH&S programs including Hazard Communication, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Confined Space Entry, and Emergency Response.\nConduct routine facility inspections, job hazard analyses, and risk assessments to uncover and address potential risks.\nEnsure ongoing compliance with OSHA, EPA, ANSI, and relevant regulatory standards.\nTraining & Engagement\nDeliver engaging safety training for employees, contractors, and new hires.\nPromote a proactive safety culture by coaching teams and reinforcing best practices.\nIncident & Reporting Management\nLead incident, near-miss, and injury investigations.\nMaintain OSHA logs, prepare regulatory reports, and track key EH&S performance metrics.\nEnvironmental Stewardship\nManage environmental compliance programs including waste management, air and water permitting, and spill prevention.\nMaintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement of environmental controls.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with operations and engineering teams to integrate safe work practices into daily activities and long-term planning.\nSupport CI projects that improve safety performance and reduce environmental impact.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).\n3+ years of EH&S experience in a manufacturing environment; experience with welding operations, furnaces, and heavy equipment is a strong plus.\nOSHA 30-hour certification required; CSP or CIH credentials are a bonus.\nSolid understanding of OSHA, EPA, ISO 45001/14001, and ANSI standards.\nExcellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills—comfortable working on the plant floor and partnering with cross-functional teams.\nProficiency in MS Office and EH&S management systems/software.\nPhysical & Work Environment\nAbility to work in a manufacturing setting with exposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipment.\nMust be able to walk/stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on safety culture and environmental stewardship at a growing manufacturing facility.
