As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of our patients while adhering to all healthcare regulations and protocols.*Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs):*Perform routine nursing tasks, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with proceduresMonitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare teamAssist with patient admissions, transfers, and dischargesCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plansProvide emotional support and education to patients and their familiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks or AthenahealthEnsure compliance with infection control policies and proceduresAdminister injections and medications as prescribed by the healthcare providerAssist with wound care, including suture removal and dressing changesPerform basic life support measures in emergency situations*Qualifications of the Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs):*Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a healthcare settingCPR certification (Basic Life Support)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skills*Walk-in Interviews Welcome Monday to Friday between 10a-4p!**We want to hear from you!
