{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"3da5a0900c2f3070669e50dc","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/3da5a0900c2f3070669e50dc","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/3da5a0900c2f3070669e50dc","title":"Testing Coordinator","description":"Login to Apply Testing Coordinator\r\nJOB STATUS: UNTIL FILLED POSTING DATE: 03/27/2026 POSTING NUMBER: 00007717 POSITION TITLE: Testing Coordinator\r\nJOB DESCRIPTION\r\nPrimary Purpose: Responsible to the principal for coordinating and administering various campus assessment activities and programs.\r\nRESPONSIBILITIES\r\nMajor Responsibilities and Duties\r\nInstructional Management\r\n\r\nProvide constructive feedback on the effectiveness of the instructional program based on assessment data.\r\nAssist with supplemental data analysis.\r\nAssist teachers in improving instruction based on data.\r\nProvide supplemental leadership in on-going student assessment.\r\nProvide supplemental assistance with state testing.\r\nWork collaboratively to so that exemplary instruction is delivered to all students.\r\nSupport the implementation of the District curriculum.\r\n\r\nSchool/Organization Improvement/Climate\r\n\r\nProvide supplemental support to core trainings that are necessary for all teachers.\r\nPlan, facilitate, present staff development programs relating to assessment issues.\r\nAssist in campus improvement planning process.\r\nRespond to staff requests for training.\r\nAttend and, if appropriate, facilitate content specific meetings.\r\nProvide supplemental support to At-Risk students by assisting teachers to implement appropriate strategies to meet student needs.\r\nMentor teachers needing additional assistance with utilizing assessment data.\r\nAssist campus with any necessary compliance activities.\r\n\r\nProfessional Growth and Development\r\n\r\nMaintain active participation in associations at the state levels.\r\nAttend trainings and stay current on assessment issues.\r\nAttendance at work is an essential function.\r\nOther duties as assigned by supervisor or designee.\r\n\r\nEXPERIENCE\r\nMinimum Experience\r\n\r\nThree years successful classroom experience\r\nExperience working at a secondary school campus to assist the principal, assistant principals, and counselors with various tasks related to assessment management in a secondary school preferred\r\n\r\nQUALIFICATIONS\r\nMinimum Education/Certification:\r\n\r\nBachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred\r\n\r\nSpecial Knowledge/Skills:\r\n\r\nProven leadership skills\r\nDemonstrates ability to handle school situations dealing with student academic needs\r\nDemonstrates ability to work with school staff, parents and students\r\n\r\nOTHER INFORMATION\r\nWorking Conditions: Mental/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Maintain emotional control under stress; frequent standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling; move small stacks of textbooks, media equipment, desks, and other classroom or adaptive equipment.
