Medical Billing and Case Management Specialist
Managing accounts receivable and resolving claim issues, the full-time Medical Billing and Case Management Specialist will oversee claims processing, denial management, and ensure compliance with best practices while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable, analyzing aged AR and identifying root cause issues
Investigate and resolve claim denials, including contacting payer representatives as needed
Serve as an escalation point for complex claim issues and ensure optimal revenue cycle functionality
Required qualifications
High School Graduate
5+ years of experience in a physician medical billing office or equivalent claims experience
Understanding of revenue cycle performance drivers and complex claims resolution
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
Experience with Salesforce for case management preferred
