FASTSIGNS Customer Service RepresentativeFASTSIGNS #310301 is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS CenterLearn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished ordersEnjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS CenterWork with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of businessBuild long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:2–3 years of customer service, retail, or counter sales experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentFriendly, outgoing, and professional with a strong customer-first mindsetStrong listening, communication, and organizational skillsComfortable working at a computer, managing multiple projects, and handling detailed information throughout the dayAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment while maintaining accuracy and qualityExperience with Adobe Illustrator is preferred (training provided as needed)Interest in learning about custom signs, graphics, and visual solutions for businessesDo you enjoy working with people?
