In this role, you'll assemble components according to work instructions, ensure quality standards are met, and help keep our operations running smoothly during our weekend AM shift.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform assembly operations by following standard work instructions or verbal guidance\nUse gauges and indicators to check component dimensions and part quality\nIdentify and report product or workmanship defects\nChange simple parts and fixtures to support product changeovers\nRecord data to support production, quality, and materials tracking\nMaintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S principles\nComply with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 quality and environmental standards\nProactively support continuous improvement efforts\nCommunicate equipment or process issues to support staff or leadership\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nPrior experience in manufacturing or equipment assembly preferred\nComfortable working in a team environment with production targets\nAble to read, understand, and follow written instructions and complete reports\nBasic math skills required\nGood manual dexterity and attention to detail\nMust be able to frequently bend, lift (up to 40 lbs), and stand for long periods\nVisual acuity (with correction) to read instructions and inspect parts\nMust pass pre-employment assessments and background checks\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nNone\nPhysical Requirements\nFrequently walking and using hands to handle parts or tools\nOccasional sitting, standing, kneeling, climbing, or reaching\nRegularly lifting up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 40 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs\nWork Environment\nPlant-based manufacturing setting\nPersonal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, hat, and steel-toe shoes required in designated areas\nNote: Incomplete applications will not be considered.
