You’ll work closely with Risk, Finance, Data Science, Product, and Operations to turn complex data into practical decisions.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and improve credit loss and portfolio forecasting models.\nAnalyze delinquency, losses, vintage performance, and emerging credit trends.\nDevelop scenarios and stress tests to understand how the portfolio may perform under different conditions.\nUse SQL and analytical tools to work with large and complex datasets.\nMonitor forecast accuracy and key risk indicators, and recommend changes when assumptions no longer hold.\nPartner with Finance, Risk, Data Science, Product, and Operations on credit strategy and planning.\nSupport underwriting, portfolio management, CECL, model governance, and related risk initiatives.\nPrepare clear reporting and presentations for senior leadership.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience in credit risk, portfolio analytics, forecasting, or quantitative analysis within banking, consumer lending, fintech, or financial services.\nStrong understanding of consumer credit, delinquency, losses, underwriting, and portfolio performance.\nAdvanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.\nStrong statistical, forecasting, and financial modeling capabilities.\nExperience with Excel and data visualization tools; Python, R, or VBA is a plus.\nFamiliarity with credit loss forecasting, vintage or cohort analysis, roll rates, stress testing, or CECL is highly valuable.\nAble to explain complex analysis clearly and turn it into decisions people can actually use.\nComfortable challenging assumptions and working across both technical and business teams.\nWhat Matters in This Role\nA good forecast is not just a model that looks accurate on paper.
