This position is responsible for coordinating service routes, supporting customer communication, and ensuring administrative execution is accurate and timely.You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager, technicians, and sales team to ensure schedules are efficient, customers are taken care of, and operations stay on track.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ExperienceServe as the primary point of contact for customer communicationHandle scheduling, service inquiries, and issue resolutionDeliver consistent, professional service across all interactionsRoute Coordination & SchedulingBuild and manage daily service routes for pest control techniciansAdjust schedules in real time to meet customer and operational needsOptimize routes for efficiency, density, and service qualityBranch Operations SupportSupport day-to-day administrative operations within the branchEnsure completion of key daily, weekly, and monthly processesPartner with technicians and sales teams to support executionNew Account Setup & Sales ProcessingAccurately set up new customer accountsProcess service agreements and sales transactionsMaintain clean, accurate customer dataAccounts Receivable & CollectionsMonitor and manage outstanding balancesSupport collections for current accountsPartner with corporate on escalated accountsOperational ComplianceMaintain accurate records and documentationEnsure alignment with company processes and standardsSupport audit readiness and operational consistencyRequirementsExperience & EducationHigh school diploma or GED required6+ months of experience in administrative support, scheduling, dispatch, or customer serviceSkills & AbilitiesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working with systems, data entry, and scheduling toolsAbility to professionally interact with customers and internal teamsService-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownershipWork EnvironmentThis role is based in a branch office and involves regular interaction with customers, technicians, and leadership.
