Apply today!\n\nJOB SUMMARY\nUnder the direct supervision of the Engineering Manager, the Assembler is responsible for operating air guns, air drivers, hand tools, power tools, and the pallet jack\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nDuties include, but are not limited to, the following:\nAssembles products according to project specifications, including heli-coil installation, pin installation, and part marking.\nAssists Shipping and Receiving with preparing the product for delivery.\nVisually inspect parts and assembled pieces for defects and touches up paint finish as needed.\nMove parts and materials between workstations to support production flow.\nPromote and support the requirements and principles of the Precise Quality Management System and AS9100.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES\nWith a quality work ethic, functions as a member of a customer-driven quality team whose goal is to ensure that product quality requirements established by the customer have been achieved.\nHolds oneself accountable for doing whatever is needed to meet the commitments made around project outcomes.\nAbility to understand and carry out oral and written directives.\nAbility to work well under pressure, to adhere to deadlines and the ability to be flexible.\nThorough operational knowledge and skills of assembly equipment.\nAbility to operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently.\nAbility to keep record of time spent and material used.\nAbility to accurately read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nMinimum 2 years of relevant experience\nJOB BENEFITS\nVacation\nSick Days\nHolidays\nHealth Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nLife Insurance\nVoluntary Disability Insurance\n401(k) Plan with Company Match\n\nAccording to the New York Pay Transparency law, pay range for this job is $19.00 - $22.00 / hour.
