Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Patient Registration Specialist

JMA Pediatrics is currently hiring for a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle day-to-day tasks such as assisting patients and their families with inquiries, managing appointment scheduling, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
