Our work is mission-critical, supporting the U.S. Navy and strengthening national security.Role OverviewQuality Assurance Inspection (QAI) General Foreman reports directly to the Manager of Quality, D321. The Quality Inspection General Foreman is responsible to interact with cognizant Program Office, Ship's Management, Trades, Planning, and Navy organizations to correctly and cost effectively provide the proper inspection related resources to fully support all ship and machine shop construction, maintenance, and test activities to facilitate final ship certification for underway operations. The ability to interpret specifications and procedures is a must. The candidate must understand inspector training as required by specification and/or department requirements.
