The incumbent will manage ISO documentation and audits, support product quality from design through commercial tours, assist in calibration and internal audits, and drive continuous improvement of product and process quality.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nLead product quality assurance efforts, ensuring conformance to standards through testing, inspecting, and monitoring key process variables.\n\nImplement changes to the plant-wide quality system with a focus on maintaining ISO certification.\n\nCollaborate with Team Leaders and Process Engineers to improve product quality.\n\nAssist R&D with evaluation of new products and processes for safety, quality, and productivity before launch.\n\nProvide technical support to business teams and production associates to improve plant and equipment efficiencies and reduce costs.\n\nTroubleshoot and analyze process capability, implementing actions to improve equipment quality.\n\nEvolve technologies to eliminate defects.\n\nSupport production work teams to meet world‑class quality standards.\n\nMaintain plant calibration of tools and gauges, and train staff on proper use.\n\nPerform internal audits and maintain the internal audit program to meet ISO requirements.\n\nReview customer feedback and prioritize actions to resolve concerns.\n\nConduct root‑cause analysis and evaluate corrective measures to prevent nonconformities.\n\nLead training activities related to quality.\n\nProvide technical guidance as required by the business.\n\nIssue quality alerts to inform production of identified errors.\n\nRequired Experience & Skills\n\nAdaptability to change and ability to flex work to support the assembly process.\n\nSafe operation of cutting tools and measuring tools.\n\nUse of measuring tools, grinder, crane, and air float.\n\nProper use of hand tools (manual and pneumatic).\n\nRead tape measures in metric and imperial units.\n\nApply shop mathematics to solve problems.\n\nPlan work and select proper tools.\n\nAccurately compare and determine differences in size, shape, and form.\n\nOperate within precision limits and accuracy standards.\n\nInterpret build orders and engineering drawings.\n\nOperate impact gun and torque wrench.\n\nMulti‑task efficiently.\n\nCollaborate well with others.\n\nWork effectively in a fast‑paced environment.\n\nCommunicate effectively.\n\nFollow and understand instructions clearly.\n\nEducation & Certifications\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field (preferred).\n\n3–5 years of experience in an ISO or AS9100 certified production environment.\n\nSix Sigma leadership preferred (black or green belt).\n\nExperience implementing lean manufacturing techniques.\n\nAbility to coach, train, and lead others.\n\nExperience hosting auditors and performing audits to comply with ISO requirements.\n\nIdeal Experience & Skills\n\nStrong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.\n\nASQ CQE and CQA certifications preferred.\n\nSAP experience preferred but not required.\n\nOn‑site manufacturing plant environment with varied weather exposure.\n\nComfort with varied noise levels and possible
