Responsible for various duties which could include receiving, shipping, parts box assembly and after-market shipping.\n\nEssential Functions:\n\nReport inventory discrepancies.\nExercise safe working habits while operating machines. Keep machine and work areas clean and free of safety hazards.\nRegular attendance and other duties as assigned.\n\nReceiving:\n\nVerify count, condition, and identification of materials.\nReceive per company procedures.\nReport and notify appropriate personnel for all non-standard issues or events.\nGather nonconforming parts, completes nonconforming tag and moves to NCM.\nDeliver MRO items.\n\nShipping:\n\nBand, shrink-wrap and stage units for shipment, and load staged units onto truck.\nTransport units from paint to shipping area.\nEmpty scrap hopper as needed.\nFollow shipping and packaging work instructions.\n\nAfter Market:\n\nFollow sales order by dates to ensure aftermarket shipments.\nRun work orders as required.\nDeliver shipments to the UPS building daily.\nFollow aftermarket work instructions.\n\nParts Box Assembly:\n\nBuild parts boxes according to work order and parts box guide.\nFollow parts box work instructions.\n\nWarehouse Picker:\n\nStock all lines following daily build schedule.\nUse work orders to pick parts.\nCommunicate with floor supervisor and materials groups to ensure accuracy and efficiency.\n\nEducation and Training\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\n1+ years of experience in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment.\nExperience utilizing material handling equipment.\nBe self-motivated, have strong initiative and strong communication skills.\nComputer skills required.\nAbility to work hours outside regular schedule and overtime as needed.\n\nPhysical Demands\n\nRegularly required to stand; walk; bend; balance; and grasp. Occasionally required to climb; squat; or kneel.\nRegularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
