Duties and Responsibilities for an Entry Level Account Manager:
Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
Contract reviews and contract negotiations directly with our customers and clients
Skills and Qualifications to be an Entry Level Account Manager:
Teamwork: Many entry level account managers work in a team environment. They may have to interact with operations, marketing or other sales team members to meet goals. Interpersonal and teamwork skills will assist the sales representative in effectively working in a team environment.
Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients
Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
