We have generated an extensive product portfolio that includes frozen dispensed beverages, cold dispensed, hot dispensed and beverage enhancers.Job Summary:The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator serves as the main point of contact for all shipping and receiving activities. Responsibilities include greeting and logging drivers, verifying bills of lading and COAs, inspecting inbound and outbound freight, managing SAP data, and ensuring accurate labeling. The role requires strong computer skills, forklift operation, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication with Plant Management.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily shipping office operations and oversee all shipping functionsGreet and log drivers; confirm orders and documentation accuracyManage SAP and Warehouse Management System data entryTrack shipments, report discrepancies, and communicate with customers and managementProcess daily reports, filings, and documentation related to shipmentsSupport Logistics Coordinator and provide backup as neededEnsure carrier compliance, audit freight bills, and manage pickup/delivery schedulesRequirements:5+ years' experience in Shipping & ReceivingAbility to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse/office environmentForklift certification or demonstrated safe operationStrong computer skills; SAP experience preferredBilingual skills helpfulDetail-oriented, organized, and customer-focusedAbility to lift up to 30 lbs occasionallySalary$18.50BenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision Coverage.Life Insurance10 Paid HolidaysPTO - Vacation Time or sick time.401K Program and Company Match up to 3.5%Company STD & LTD (Short term & Long-term disability)Perfect Attendance Monthly Bonus Program up to $100.00Employee Referral Bonus Program up to $500.00For more information about our company please visit our website at www.sunnyskyproducts.comSunny Sky Products is an equal-opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
