Your contributions will directly impact our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.\r\nKey Tasks and ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring compliance with company guidelines\r\nUtilize ERP to maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock locations\r\nCollaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and resolve any issues that may arise\r\nMaintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols\r\nReceive and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities and quality\r\nEfficiently organize and store materials in designated locations within the warehouse\r\nPrepare materials for production by gathering and staging necessary components\r\nPerform regular cycle counts and assist in annual physical inventory counts\r\nCollaborate with production teams to ensure timely availability of materials\r\nAdhere to safety guidelines and best practices to maintain a safe working environment\r\nOther Duties:Other duties as they become necessary.\r\nRequirements\r\nEducation, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities\r\nEducation:\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\r\nBasic computer skills, including familiarity with ERP systems\r\nExperience:\r\n2-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment\r\nAbility to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)\r\nExperience with inventory management software\r\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills\r\nSoft Skills and Cultural Fit:\r\nStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision.\r\nProactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement\r\nAdaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced work conditions\r\nTraits, Attributes & Competencies:\r\nAttention to DetailThoroughness in accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small.
