This position will directly support the Genco program within the PFS portfolio. We are seeking a hard-working, energetic, and dedicated individual to contribute to the overall success of our program, as well as provide opportunities for career growth and advancements within the organization and company. In this role, you will have opportunities to work independently as well as collaborate with key functional stakeholders including Program Management to provide leadership and mentoring in financial reporting and processes.Successful candidates will demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with a commitment to quality while developing their leadership skills as a key business partner. Successful candidates must also be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as be able to multitask across a variety of tasks and work with all levels of the organization.What You Will DoMaintain program management baseline, to include incorporating BCRs, LRE updates, and month-end PMB reconciliation.Generate internal reports on cost and schedule performance for Program Leadership and Control Account Managers.Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis, and reporting as requested by management and others.Internal corporate reporting requirements such as financial forecasting, revenue forecasts, and Estimates at Complete (EAC).Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related fieldProfessional experience in a related finance roleExperience with Microsoft Office SuiteThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
