This position supports multiple concurrent projects while gradually taking on leadership responsibilities, with the potential for career advancement into a management role.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nParticipate in and support up to 10 concurrent projects.\nCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success.\nProvide regular updates to clients on project status, timelines, and key developments.\nDevelop, implement, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and productivity.\nLead and mentor team members, facilitating knowledge transfer and professional growth.\nWork closely with field employees to ensure alignment between project plans and on-site execution.\nMonitor the work of the engineering firm, providing direction and ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.\nAssist in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.\nEnsure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.\nCoordinate material procurement, supplier relationships, and quality control efforts.\nAnalyze data and generate reports to support informed decision-making.\nGradually take on more leadership responsibilities with the potential to transition into a management role.\n\nRequirements:\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.\nExperience working on multiple projects simultaneously.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.\nAbility to learn quickly and adapt to evolving responsibilities.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\n\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\n2-3 years of experience in construction management.\nExperience with advanced reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, etc.) is a plus.\nPrevious leadership or mentorship experience is a plus.\n\nCandidates who accept an offer of employment are required to undergo and successfully complete a pre-employment physical examination. This exam ensures that all potential employees meet the necessary health and fitness standards for the role.
