These are long-term opportunities with competitive pay and strong growth potential across several industries.Structural WeldersShifts: 1st & 2nd Pay: $22$24/hr Process: MIG & FluxcoreRequirements:Must pass T-Plate and/or 3G visual and bend testAbility to work at various Tulsa-area job sitesVessel WeldersShift: 1st Pay: $23$26/hr Process: MIG & Fluxcore Location: Catoosa, OKRequirements:Must pass 3G weld test with visual inspection and bend testPipe WeldersShifts: 1st & 2nd Pay: $25$29/hr Processes: TIG (high frequency), MIG, Fluxcore Preferred: Sub-arc experienceRequirements:Must pass 6G weld test on 2" Schedule 80 carbon pipe (TIG all the way out)Must pass 6" Schedule 40 carbon pipe test (MIG root, Fluxcore fill & cap) using rollout/positioner setupResponsibilities (All Positions)Perform MIG, TIG, and Fluxcore welding to specificationProduce welds that meet visual and structural inspection standardsRead and interpret blueprints, work orders, and weld symbolsOperate welding equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain quality and productivity expectationsComplete required weld testing for assigned roleQualificationsPrevious welding experience in structural, vessel, or pipe fabricationAbility to pass required weld tests (T-Plate, 3G, or 6G depending on role)Ability to read blueprints and welding symbolsStrong understanding of safe welding practicesReliable attendance and strong work ethic
