Overview
We're seeking an exceptional EVP, Client Partner Lead to lead our integrated media and cross-channel experience business for a technology client. This senior leadership role combines deep media expertise with strategic vision, serving as the primary relationship owner and strategic architect for one of the industry's most dynamic mobile brands. You'll lead cross-functional teams delivering breakthrough paid media, owned digital, creative, and commerce solutions.
Responsibilities
Media Leadership: Develop macro strategic vision for media operations, cascading strategy across paid media, analytics, CRM, investment, creative, and commerce disciplines
Client Partnership: Serve as primary relationship lead focused on improving client satisfaction scores and maintaining regular executive touchpoints across all media channels
P&L Management: Own profit & loss including SOW management, annual commitments, and identifying new business growth opportunities within mobile media
Cross-Sell Development: Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities within Publicis Groupe's media and data capabilities (Epsilon, Apex, etc.)
Integrated Campaign Leadership: Connect media disciplines and channels to create incremental value for clients through seamless campaign execution
Thought Leadership: Publish regular strategic perspectives on mobile media trends and opportunities
Vendor Relations: Manage top-tier relationships within publishing and media vendor community
Qualifications
15+ years in media: Proven track record delivering marketing, media, and technology solutions within full-service or specialized media agencies
Mobile Media Expertise: Deep understanding of mobile media ecosystem, programmatic buying, social platforms, and emerging mobile advertising formats
Integrated Media Background: Experience collaborating across media, creative, and technology disciplines to deliver unified campaigns
Large Account Management: History managing complex, multi-million dollar media accounts with C-suite client relationships
Media Innovation: Demonstrated record of innovative media solutions, particularly where traditional and digital media intersect
Essential Capabilities
Strategic Vision: Ability to craft comprehensive media business solutions from broad client objectives
Team Leadership: Experience managing large, cross-functional media teams (200+ agency, 40+ client stakeholders)
Media Analytics: Strong foundation in data-driven media planning, measurement, and optimization
Project Management: Proven ability managing multiple large media campaigns simultaneously through full project lifecycles
Executive Communication: Exceptional presentation skills, translating media complexity into clear strategic narratives for C-level executives

Compensation Range: $280,000 - $325,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
