You will manage test scheduling, oversee cross-functional test logistics, and ensure mission continuity in a high-visibility test environment. The ideal candidate communicates effectively with all stakeholders, and can independently drive testing operations from initial planning, through execution to post-test data reporting.\nWhat You Will Do\nProject Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closure: Lead and track project milestones, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and aligned with mission objectives.\nAct as the primary liaison between all teams involved in test. Facilitate weekly status syncs, lead briefings, and draft situation reports as needed.\nProactively identify schedule delays, resource shortfalls, or testing conflicts and implement immediate mitigation strategies to keep operations on track.\nSoftware & Technical Requirements\nFamiliarity with operating within standard DoW/government IT environments and maintaining strict cyber hygiene.\nProficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar task-tracking software.\nMicrosoft Office Suite: Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word for test planning documentation, presentations, tracking, and report generation.\nExperience managing documents and team workflows via SharePoint and MS Teams.\nBasic Qualifications:\n1 to 5 years of Project Management experience, ideally supporting DoW, military, or federal civilian test environments.\nMust possess (or be eligible to obtain and maintain) an active TS.\nStrong problem-solving abilities, high adaptability, and the capacity to coordinate effectively across various teams.\nExceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the proven ability to resolve interpersonal, scheduling, and budgeting conflicts with personnel who are not in your direct chain of command.\nEssential Functions/Duties:\nManage complex project workflows and ensure continuity of government mission requirements during BAF tests.\nWork in a hybrid environment, ranging from standard office settings to active staging areas requiring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).\nPerform occasional lifting and moving of project equipment, or logistical gear up to 25 lbs.\nEducation and Experience Requirements:\n· High School diploma or equivalent, combined with relevant military or professional project management experience.\n· 1 to 5 years of Project Management experience.\nDesired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in relevant field.\nPMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification is highly preferred.\nActive DoD security clearance\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year\nBenefits:\n401(k)\n401(k) matching\nDental insurance\nEmployee assistance program\nFlexible spending account\nHealth insurance\nLife insurance\nPaid time off\nRetirement plan\nVision insurance\nApplication Question(s):\nAre you eligible to receive a Government clearance?\nEducation:\nBachelor's (Preferred)\nExperience:\nProgram Analayst: 1 year (Required)\nLicense/Certification:\nDo you have a CAPM or other related certification?
