The assignment is for 13 weeks on the night shift, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. There is an average patient ratio of 4:1. The unit typically has a total of 22 beds. Staffing includes a charge nurse and several registered nurses and patient care technicians on both day and night shifts. Candidates must be team players and open to feedback.
